Thank you for the incredible enthusiasm during our grading sessions. The energy, talent, and smiles on the field truly inspired our coaching team. Payment Registrations for the 2025 season are now open—we’re excited to kick things off!

The 2025 registration is the same as last year and is a two-step process:

 

1. Pay the Annual Club Fee (now open)

2. Pay the Football Victoria/Football Australia Fees (not yet open)

 

When paying the Elwood SC Annual Club Fee:

- for new players you must use the same email address as when you submitted your Registration of Interest or

- for returning players you must use the same email address as when you paid your Annual Club Fee last season.

 

This will ensure your payment is linked to your player's details.   

Please note these prices include GST.

• ORANGE & YELLOW teams pay Joeys Club Fee - $561​

• Girls U8, U9, U10, U11 teams pay Joeys Club Fee - $561

• Boys Community Teams U12-U18 Club Fee - $715

• RED, GREEN, INDIGO & AQUA teams pay Wallabies Club Fee - $715​

• Girls U12 Development team pays Wallabies Club Fee - $715

• Girls U14 team pays Wallabies Club Fee - $715​​

• Boys U8, U9, U10, U11 Development teams pay Development Club Fee - $1,100​

• Boys U13, U15, U16 Development teams pay Development Club Fee - $1,199

Please note the following in relation to the 2025 Club Fee:

 

• Playing kit is not included in the 2025 Club Fee. Returning players will use their 2024 kits. Parents of new players will be required to order and pay for kit directly from our Umbro supplier. If you do not have a number please make contact at secretary@elwoodcitysc.org.au

• Official club kits can be ordered from Umbro online. If you’re unsure what’s needed, just ask - we’re happy to help.

 

• The Annual Club Fee does not include Football Victoria and Football Australia fees, which will need to be paid separately before the start of the 2025 season.

Next Steps

 

• Registrations will remain open until the start of the 2025 season.

• Parents will receive a notification when Football Victoria and Football Australia registrations are open. Players cannot play in 2025 until the FV/FA fee has been paid and each player has been registered in both systems.
